7:38 pm	Ok... another monday MUSIC REVIEWS Garbage 'Why Do You Love Me?' Bleed Like Me- Well garbage are back, and to behonest they've seen better days, but in all fairness, this isn't too bad. Ok so its not as good as their previous work, but this song is a lot more rock orientated. Shirley's vocals grate a bit and the repetiton of the title of the song, doesn't really count as a chorus that much. But its ok-ish ***//***** Could make top twenty, if they're lucky top 10 Kelis 'In Public Tasty- Ok this track has been played a bit on radio and on the kiss ad, but with no video this song could flop! But this is very good and very slick. A good r'n'b tune with slightly worrying lyrics, and by far the best cut from her newest album 'Tasty'- ****//***** Could make top 10 however since it's the 4th realese of her album, this could bomb in the charts Melanie C 'Next Best Superstar' Beautiful Intentions- Ok mel is your album title a secret answer back to Cruel Intentions. Well anyway this track is ok i suppose. I think with this track mel has settled for a certain sounds and her vocals are ok. However a bit poor on the production side, but giving credit where it's due, mel did fund this project herself. Ok track, kinda catchy ***//***** probably top 10 Natasha Bedingfield 'I Bruise Easily' Unwritten-- again with poor tasha, this is the 4th realese off the album and a slushy ballad, so unlikely to do well. However this song is very good, vocals good and songwriting isn't too bad, backing track is ok as well. But love SORT OUT YOUR GEISHA IMPRESSION!!! ****//***** Sensing no.16 so likely top 20 HIT: Kelis MISS Oh my none! MAYBE: Garbage and Mel c Welll they're the only songs that i've hear and that are realesed this week. However album news, mariah carey has realesed her new album 'The Emancipation Of Mimi', the album though seems popular with the fans however has been panned by critics. Also Lindsay Lohan realesed her debut album 'Speak'and however seems to be doing ok i think, Q rated this magazine 3/5!! ok thats average but i expected this album to be panned. Also Natalie imbruglia realeses her new album 'Counting Down The Days'. Sorry no interesting music news today but hopefully there should be some tomorrow in fact.... NEWSFLASH--- OMG!!! the david beckham stepped out with their new baby today!!!!!! To the tabloids- like we give a toss!!!!!! leave them alone!!!!!!! 7:06 pm	Sorry for not updating MUSIC REVIEWS Avril Lavigne 'He Wasn't' Under My Skin Arrr our favorite complicated teen returns, with the worst track off her newest album. This song is simply 'sk8ter boi' for the new album, not amused avril. But as with 'sk8ter boi', it is catchy, but i know this will not be a hit **//***** CHART PREDICTION: scraping top 40: JUST Estelle 'Go Gone' 18th Day Well estelle did realese one of the best songs of last year with '1980', but yet however has gone downhill with this track. However giving credit where its due, this is funky and quite cool. ***/***** CHART PREDICTION: top 40 maybe top 30? Do Me Bad Things 'Whats Hideous?' yes Well i heard a bit of this in topshop and also saw them live on cd:uk and i can say i really enjoy this. A blend of pretty much everything, with a catchy chorus and good vocals, very good ****//***** CHART PREDICTION: top 20 Kylie Minogue 'Giving You Up' Ultimate Kylie This is a very good track, like the rest of the decent pop songs, it has an underlying electro feel, and a catchy chorus. This is so much better than that overplayed now crap song 'i believe in you' ****//**** CHART PREDICTION: top 10 deffo. Lemar 'time to grow' Time To Grow ok this piece of crap has wannabe stamped all over it, reminiscent of 'burn' by usher. undoes anygood work done before. *//***** CHART PREDICTION: top 10 Mariah Carey 'It's Like That' The Emancipation of Mimi This is a very very good track. Slick with fantastic vocals,and a good backing track. This is a great comeback and very good r'n'b tune, however the bit with fatmoon scoop, random as it is, very good *****//***** CHART PREDICTION: maybe no.1!! Rachel Stevens 'Negotiate With Love' Our favorite pop minx is back, with this funky pop track. Very poppy, but with singalongable lyrics, this is a very good comeback to from rachel. ****//***** CHART PREDICTION: top 5 HIT: Do Me Bad Things, Kylie Minogue, Mariah Carey and Rachel Stevens MISS: Lemar MAYBE: Avril Lavigne and Estelle SINGLE OF THE WEEK: Mariah Carey MUSIC NEWS Baby Britney Sources close to britney spears, have been feuling rumours that the 'toxic' singer is pregnant. The stars sources say the singer is rumoured to be 3 months pregnant. Well i can confirm that she isn't, she was seen reading a diet magazine, which obviously shows she has just put on weight! By the way, britney also launched her new fragrance 'curious', in europe this week. Curious is made by elizabeth arden, smells like another perfume but all in all an enjoyable sniff! N*E*R*D not split Pharell Williams of the group N*E*R*D has confirmed, that the group hasn't split? so sorry for the misleading information. whoopsie daisy charlotte! Charlotte church had to quickly re print the album sleeve for her new album, after making a dedication to her ex boyfriend Kyle Johnson. Charlotte is footing the bill to re-do the album sleeve. 5:54 pm	What Happened Today?p.s sorry for not reviewing mario <0/5> and alsou<4/5> MUSIC NEWS Gwen: 'My Marriage is Forever' Gwen stefani has slammed rumours that her marriage is in turmoil by saying "Marriage is forever, y'know, and he's great." Rumours had started when a british news paper had announced that a DNA test proved that Gwen's hubby David Rossendale (Bush) has a child. However gwen is intending to spend the rest of her life with Rossendale. In other news Gwen has announced that she is likely to rejoin group 'no doubt' to make a new record. Oasis stall over single Well they did. Oasis had stalled the first single realese from their new album because they deemed the tracks all too good. However they finally settled for the track 'Lyla', which was originally scrapped from the record. Manson feared over voice Shirley manson from garbage had surgery to try and make her voice sound better however she ended up not being able to say a word! the 'stupid girl' singer had the op to prolong her vocals but was left without a voice oh dear! Garbage realese 'Why do you love me?' next week. Jacko's evil entorage The court in the jacko case today heard that the mother of the boy who acusses jackson, had phoned a friend telling them that they were being held by 'evil' people. Jackson could face 20 years in prison if sentenced. Kylie denies waist size Kylie has slammed rumours that one of the corsets worn during her 'showgirl' tour reduces her waist to 16 inches. Kylie has said : "A 16 inch waist? Wow, even I would be amazed by that." and"Of course that is an exaggeration, but a showgirl shouldn't reveal her actual measurements." hilarious kylie :S Alanis' Sitcome Alanis Morrisette has announced that she will be part of a new american sitcom. The show is called 'we're with the band' and will be produced with alanis and tony hawk's production company. The sitcome has been written in tune with experiences alanis has had during her life. Also Alanis is re-realesing her 30 million seller 'jagged little pill'. "I went back into the studio with [producer/collaborator] Glen Ballard and I just finished the vocals. It's going to come out ten years to the day it was originally released." The album has been re-recorded accoustically. The new 'jagged little pill' is out June 13th (*coff* *coff* day before my b'day *coff* *coff*) also alanis is rumoured to be realesing a greatest hits this year. Busy girl. Jlo album sales aren't getting right! Jlo's newest offering in the shape of 'rebirth' isn't selling as many as she wants. The album is slowly slipping down the us album charts. Apparently the album has only sold 400,000 copies in its first 3 weeks, despite entering straight in at no.2 in the us album charts! Jlo is said to be devasted by the results. in other news.... David mahoney went to school and had an alright day. However he reported spent around £30 in sainsbury's in around 45 mins rebel! When david got home he did his housework! and also recieved his alien vs predator in the post. david happens to be a big alien fan, and would love to star in the next film! david looks forward to watching desperate housewives tonight and is about to set to work on his next album. Well after going to school and coming home to find that my dvd hasn't arrived!:O i went to the gym which was kinda boring but anyway, with my dinner in the oven i have decided to do my music goss. MUSIC GOSS!! Celine Dion boring- never! Celine dion has slammed her las vegas audiences for being boring. THe 'my heart will go on' singer claims her audiences often fall asleep. I wonder why? It's Not Like That Mariah Carey has said she knew she made a mistake of marrying her record boss hubby Tommy Mottola. She said she realised she had made the mistake on their honeymoon. Mariah realeses her new single 'It's Like That' next week with the album 'The Emancipation of Mimi' the week after. Ozzy osbourne has also announced that him and sharon don't have the perfect marriage. Hit me baby one more time No not a gag about britney spears, but the show vernon kay is hosting. This show is on ITV1 :O and involves has been stars to perform each week and put to a public vote. Well first week its tiffany, the honeyz and gloria gaynor. Moby slams Gwen Moby has slammed gwen stefani because she uses too many guest on her first album! Moby said 'Its almost as if every album now has to use 15 guest singers, like the Gwen Stefani album'. Gwen's album features production values from Dr Dre, Dallas Austin, Linda Perry and Andre 3000. Moby and Gwen collaborated on the track 'South Side'. Well a bad day for music news but anyway a good day because its my first album review!!! I'm going to be reviewing Lindsay lohan's album 'speak'. Lindsay Lohan Speak Well that girl from mean girls and freaky friday has done a solo album. yes an album and yes she can belt out a fair pop tune or two. After debuting at no.4 in america, this album deserves to do well in the uk. The first single lifted from this album is the fantastic r'n'b tune 'Rumours' with lindsay attacking the press saying for them to 'back up off me' and 'why can't they let me live?'. This track is a pure standout and sadly only makes it as a bonus track on the album. The main theme of this album though is chick-american-pop-rock?. The album opens up with 'first' a superb track with other rock tracks such as 'symptoms of you', 'over', 'anything but me''something i never had', 'disconnected', 'very last moment in time'. However this album also has its little electro influences of 'to know your name', 'nobody til you' 'speak'. Also the ultra pop track 'magnet' a track that the modern day britney could do well. All in all this album is superb with great chorus in all tracks. Lindsay also offers writing credits in almost half the songs including her first single 'Rumours'. This album offers great pop songs that sound different in each track. Her vocals may not be the best, but yet this album is a pure pop jem! GO LINDSAY. OVERALL RATING: *****//***** SUPERB! If you like 'speak', try 'Freaky Friday OST' and 'Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen OST'. Speak is out on 4th April. Buy it really! (Comment on this)

N*E*R*D Split WEll as the title says Pharell William's band N*E*R*D have split after arguements with record label Virgin. However band members Chad and Pharell will continue to work as 'The Neptunes' Jennifer Lopez no fur!!! The Get Right star has been confronted at a Australian radio station, saying that she doesn't know how the fur is produced. Jennifer was confronted by member of the PETA on the realese of Jennifer's new label Sweetface. Jacko Late for Court Again Michael Jackson was late for court again today. THe star who is facing charges of child molestation, was late to court again. However when he did actually arrive the court resumed the case. Mel C fears for album Mel C is scared that her album might not do too well. The former spice girl, has pumped £750,000 into the album 'Beautiful Intentions'. However she is worried that if this doesn't do well, then she has lost a awful lot. Melanie's last album 'Reason' only sold 350,000 copies. Bad Britney! Britney's famous neighbours have been hounded by the paparazzi who were 'waiting for britney'. Britney who's neighbours include David Duchovny. More news tomorrow. SINGLE REVIEWS 50 Cent 'Candy Shop' The Massacre Ok 50 give up. This track has the typical rap formation. A backing track on echo pedal and some rapping over the top, with a bad but somehow catchy hook. This track is bad!! 50 is a lazy rapper with absolutely no sense just go away! *//***** The Faders 'No Sleep Tonight'. This track is quite coolm good, catchy and fun! However this band loses serious snaps by miming! Good rock/pop track in general ***//***** Sara Jorge 'Shock to the System'. ok even britney couldn't do this justice. pure pop wannabe crap! Natalie Imbruglia 'Shiver' Counting Down the Days This is a great song. Obviously not as good as torn. But poor Natalie has a lot to live upto after that. This is a pop jem and very good, classic natalie ****//***** The Thrills 'Irish Gates Keep Crashing' Let's Battle Bohemia Boys take the hint! By the way you wanna hear what this sounds like listen to their other songs. Will Smith 'Switch' Lost and Found Good backing track, but yet Big Will is trying to be something else that he isn't!!!! Stop trying to act tough by slagging of other rappers, however this could be ok **//***** Kasabian 'Club Foot' Kasabian ok cool sound rocky, but unfortunately sounds the same as their other songs ***//***** Brandy 'Who is she 2 U' Afrodisiac Well sounds like her other songs, but still really good produced by the guy behind Missy Elliot. This is very good her vocals slide over this funky r'n'b track. ****//***** Dizzee Rascal 'Off to Work' Showtime Ok dizze rascal, slightly more mainstream nowadays, but this track is okish i suppose but still i'm not a fan of this. *//***** WEll single roundup: HIT: The Faders, Natalie Imbruglia, Kasabian, Brandy. He said that in a couple of years he didn't know 'all this shit would happen?'. Oh dear kevin ,you are thick! lil' kim may not face max jail sentence? Lil' kim is charged with 3 charges of perjury with a maximum of 5 years imprisonment each! However experts believe that lil' kim could only face about 5-7 years in total. Lil' kim gets sentenced in the next few months. Bollywood Bunton? Emma Bunton has been offered a role in a bollywood movie after wowing Bollywood movie bosses after her brief cameo appearance in bollywood film 'Pal Tham Gaya'. Lets hope she does do well then she can quit singing!!! Nicole Ritchie to realese debut album The other one from the simple life and also lionel ritchies daughter, is realesing a solo album. She's promising fans they won't have to wait any longer and has said :"I've just been trying to put my whole heart in it because I have so many projects, so it's taking a little longer than I expected." and commenting on the musical sound : "It's like a mixture of rock and soul, a little bit of dance also.
